Hatch: Exchange

SATURDAY 11 OCTOBER 12 noon – 8:30pm
& SUNDAY 12 OCTOBER 5pm – 10pm

FREE ENTRY to all performances and events

Lancaster Road,

Hatch, the East Midlands’ leading mobile platform for experimental theatre and live art, returns to Embrace Arts in association with In Good Company for a weekend of performances, workshops and events exploring the notion of exchange: to give and take.
Featuring some of the most exciting performers from around the country and the best talent coming out of the East Midlands, we can’t wait to share this unique experience with you. As well as workshops, masterclasses, works-in-progress and one-to-one encounters, the line up includes two full shows – the brilliant A Conversation by Nigel Barrett and Louise Mari of the legendary Shunt collective and Ellie Stamp’s smash hit exploration of Elvis and identity: Are You Lonesome Tonight?

Come along, offer something up and receive something unexpected in return. With opportunities for artists and performers to learn from each other, for audiences to invest their time in return for a potentially life-changing experience, and for everyone to leave richer than they arrived.
Entrance to all performances and workshops is free – if you want to book for any of the workshops please email
